1) How can I purchase a seat in a test session? You can purchase a test online in our e-store using your credit card. Use the Advanced Search Engine to first select the test you want to take and then search within a range of dates, for public sessions occurring in your area for that test. By clicking on one of the sessions that appear in the list, you will be led to a page with details about the session.
To purchase a seat in the session, click “add to my cart”. You will be led to your cart. If you wish to continue shopping, the session will remain in your cart until you are ready to check out. When you are ready to check out, go into the cart and proceed to the checkout. If you do not already have a private account with ETS, you will have to create one in order to check out. Following this, you will be led through the payment process and will receive a confirmation of your purchase and reservation via email.
2) How can I postpone or cancel a session? You can postpone or cancel a session via your private account. Simply log in, go to Session History and select your session. You will be led to a session details page. At the bottom of this page you will find the option to postpone or cancel your session under the heading “Additional Services”.
3) What payment methods are accepted? Currently we are able to accept only credit card transactions. However, within the coming months we will begin to accept debit cards and bank transfers.
4) How can I purchase a seat in a session more than 6 months from now? It is only possible to reserve six months in advance of the session date.
5) Are cancellations refunded? Yes, with a charge, until 5 days before the session. After this time limit, it is not possible for us to refund your payment in the event of a cancellation.
6) How will I know that ETS has credited my account? The credit note will be posted in your private account under Order History.
7) How will I receive my score? You will receive a paper score report and certificate, and will also be able to view your score on the Session Details page under Session History in your private online account.
8) Where can I find more general information about the test? At the bottom of this page click on the footer which corresponds to the test of your choice. This will redirect you to the product website of the test.
9) What are the benefits of a free private account with ETS? You can use your free private account to manage and view the details of all your ETS test session registrations and product orders. You can modify your shipping and billing address here, as well as your personal details. You can also access your score here as soon as it is released.
10) How will ETS use my private information? Please refer to our privacy policy.
11) How can I change my delivery or billing address? You can change your addresses in your private online account after logging in, under View or Change my Account Information.
